For optional physical hardware items (such as pre-configured thermal receipt printers or custom acrylic table QR stands), orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours and delivered across India within 3 to 5 business days via express courier.
1. Digital Software Provisioning (Primary Service)
MenuQRO software subscriptions are delivered electronically via cloud automation:
- Delivery Timeline: Immediate / Instant (0 Seconds) upon successful payment verification.
- Mode of Delivery: Electronically provisioned over secure HTTPS. Your restaurant subdomain URL (e.g.,
https://menuqro.in/b/your-restaurant), owner login credentials, and digital QR menu are activated instantly. - Credentials & Invoicing: A formal welcome dispatch containing access links, PDF setup guide, and digitally signed GST invoice is delivered to your registered email address and WhatsApp number within 60 seconds of checkout.
- Shipping Cost for Software: ₹0.00 (Free / Completely Digital). No physical shipping is required to operate the software.
2. Optional Physical Hardware Fulfillment
Restaurants may optionally procure hardware accessories through MenuQRO to complement their digital setup:
- Hardware Accessories Offered: Dual Station Thermal Printers (80mm LAN/USB & 58mm Bluetooth), Handheld Waiter Terminals, and Custom Acrylic Table QR Stands.
- Order Verification: Prior to dispatch, our hardware engineering team confirms your network configuration (Wi-Fi, LAN IP, or Bluetooth mode) to ensure 100% plug-and-play compatibility.

All physical parcels are shipped via trusted logistics partners including Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, and India Post Speed Post.

5. Damaged, Defective or Tampered Shipments
All hardware shipments are insured and packaged in shock-resistant industrial protective casing. In the rare event of transit damage:
- Inspect the parcel upon delivery. If the outer carton is visibly damaged or tampered with, note it on the courier delivery acknowledgment.
