Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Subscription Cancellation Policy
MenuQRO operates on a transparent software subscription model (Monthly or Annual):
- Cancel Anytime: You may cancel your recurring SaaS subscription at any time prior to your next renewal billing cycle.
- How to Cancel: Submit a cancellation request directly from your SuperAdmin/Owner Dashboard or email our support desk at menuqro.official@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 8955932907.
- Continued Access: When you cancel an active subscription, your restaurant's digital menu, POS terminals, and cloud synchronization will remain fully active until the end of the current pre-paid billing period. No further automated debits will occur.
- Zero Penalties: There are no cancellation fees, penalty charges, or lock-in restrictions.
2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee (First-Time Annual Subscriptions)
We stand behind the engineering excellence of MenuQRO. If you are a new restaurant merchant subscribing to our Annual Starter Terminal (₹6,999/yr) or Annual Pro Restaurant Engine (₹11,999/yr) plan and our platform cannot be successfully deployed in your establishment due to technical software failure that our engineering team is unable to resolve within 7 days of onboarding, you are entitled to a 100% full refund.
Eligibility Criteria for 7-Day Guarantee:
- The refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days from the initial subscription transaction timestamp.
- The request is initiated by the registered restaurant owner from the registered account email.
- Applies to the merchant's first subscription purchase with MenuQRO.
3. Refund Processing Timelines & Settlement Window
All approved refunds follow standardized banking and Reserve Bank of India (RBI) payment gateway settlement procedures:
| Payment Method Used | Refund Processing Window | Settlement Destination |
|---|---|---|
| Unified Payments Interface (UPI) | 2 to 4 business days | Credited directly back to linked bank account / VPA |
| Net Banking (All Indian Banks) | 3 to 5 business days | Source bank account |
| Credit / Debit Cards (Visa, RuPay, Mastercard) | 5 to 7 business days | Source issuing credit/debit card account |
Note: Refunds are always routed back to the exact source payment method used during checkout. Cash or third-party payouts are strictly prohibited under Indian anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
4. Physical Hardware Return & Refund Policy
If you purchase optional hardware add-ons (such as pre-configured thermal receipt printers or custom acrylic table QR stands):
- Damaged or Defective on Arrival: If hardware arrives in a damaged or non-functional condition, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/video. We will arrange a free reverse pickup and dispatch an immediate brand-new replacement at zero cost to you.
- Return for Refund: Undamaged hardware returned within 7 days in its original factory packaging with all power adapters and cables is eligible for a refund, minus actual transit courier shipping costs.
5. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds cannot be issued under the following circumstances:
- Monthly subscriptions where the software has been active and utilized for more than 24 hours of live dining service.
- Failure of third-party restaurant hardware that was not procured through or verified by MenuQRO.
- Disruptions caused by merchant's local broadband ISP failure (MenuQRO incorporates local offline printing to mitigate this).
