1. Taxes & GST Invoicing

All subscription charges are subject to Indian Goods and Services Tax (GST at 18%). When subscribing, merchants can provide their 15-character GSTIN to receive input tax credit (ITC) compliant tax invoices. Invoices are generated automatically and dispatched to the merchant's registered email address.

2. Transparent 0% Commission Commitment

Unlike third-party aggregator platforms (which charge between 22% and 35% commission on every order plus delivery and onboarding fees), MenuQRO operates on a pure flat SaaS fee. Whether your restaurant processes ₹1 Lakh or ₹50 Lakhs in monthly food sales, MenuQRO charges ₹0 per order commission. All guest payments go directly to your designated bank account or UPI QR.

3. Payment Gateway Security & Authorization

All recurring subscription payments are processed through RBI-regulated Payment Aggregators (Razorpay, Cashfree, Paytm) using bank-grade 256-bit encryption. MenuQRO does not store card numbers, CVVs, or bank credentials on our systems.
